Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I know what size to order?
We recommend checking the size guide available on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted look.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, fulfillment has already begun and the order is considered final. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that — and we'll make it right. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and we'll issue a replacement.
